The Los Angeles Dodgers have won their first Major League Baseball World Series championship since 1988 after beating the Tampa Bay Rays 3-1 in Game 6 in Arlington, Texas.
The Rays led 1-0 early in Game 6, but the Dodgers fought back to seal victory and claim an unassailable 4-2 lead in the best-of-seven series.
