Prime Minister Scott Morrison has urged landlords and tenants to put their negotiating caps on to reach a fair agreement for rent relief. 9News

Lockdown-weary business owners on the brink of financial ruin are publicly calling out their landlords, accusing them of refusing to negotiate fair rent relief. Lorraine Webber said she copped a nearly double rent rise this year, just to appease her landlord.

But Ms Webber said her landlord still put locks on her doors after she refused to chip in for insurance.
