Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has warned Labor MPs and candidates 'they'll be read the riot act' for not toeing the party line over preferences, after photos emerged showing supporters encouraging voters to 'put the LNP last'.

Speaking on Tuesday in Yeppoon, which Labor holds with a margin of 3.1 per cent, Opposition Leader Deb Frecklington said she was not aware the man had volunteered on the campaign and confirmed he was no longer taking part.Ms Frecklington was in the coastal town to announce a $50 million tourism marketing blitz under an LNP government. When questioned when the LNP would release its costings, she repeated that it would release it once all the announcements were made.

She said Labor would match the Federal Government's commitment for a $500 million upgrade of the M1 from Daisy Hill to Logan, as part of a $5 billion plan to improve the motorway. She also would not pinpoint exactly when Labor would release the details of its costings, saying it was up to the Treasurer, but she said the end of the final week of the campaign was "too late".

More ABC and Labor leftists views again ABC needs to be put on notice now

Goes to show it's crooked. What happened to freedom of choice.

I prefer the bogans to the communists. PutGreensLast.

Come visit Perth. The psychological terrorism in the atmosphere is unbelievable. I'm all for workers protecting their good wicket, but I also wish Peter Reith had a nuclear launch code and Perth's GPS coordinates. Oh what the heck, maybe Kim Jong Un will pay this hole a visit.

Nice free political advertising ABC, unconscious bias shows in soo many ways 🤦‍♂️😏.

It's a non-issue as far as most voters are concerned. But it's important for strategic reasons and reasons of perception. You don't win battles by allowing the troops to decide strategy mid campaign. Anyway, it's hard to be worse than the LNP, but ON manages to be that party.

Rubbish put your constituents FIRST!

Queensland LNP thought they 'had the election in the bag, didn't fight Labor' | Sky News AustraliaSky News contributor Campbell Newman says currently in Queensland, the momentum is with the Labor Party because the LNP thought they had the election in the bag and didn’t “take the fight to Labor”.\n\n“The situation has basically gone backwards since Christmas - New Year about a year ago,” Mr Newman told Sky News host Alan Jones.\n\n“I think the LNP thought they were going very well because the polling at that stage showed they were in front, and Annastacia Palaszczuk had a negative net favourability rating.”\n\n“As we progressed through the year, that favourability rating has gone from a negative net rating, to a positive net rating.\n\n“Momentum is with the Labor party.\n\n“It’s because the LNP thought they really had it in the bag, I think, many, many months ago and didn’t relentlessly and ruthlessly continue to prosecute the case for a change of government, articulate their policies, excite the voters, and take the fight to Labor.”\n He's still smarting after his one-term fiasco of a government. lol Suppose he has a point being a one term premier and MP - all in the one term. Really? Credibility is lacking.
