This trial will only get worse .. I have no confidence the US justice system anyway.. this from afar.

If he didn't mean to kill her, he still killed her, so it is manslaughter. You can't as anyone, just panic and kill an unarmed innocent person, let alone as a police officer. this isn't the first time he's cracked. but that evidence will probably be called inadmissible. It sucks

Her son was killed by a US police officer. Here's what she has to say about Justine Damond RuszczykJustine Damond Ruszczyk and Philandro Castile had nothing in common — until they were both shot dead by police officers in Minneapolis. Philandro's mum now wants justice to be served Why is American domestic politics an Australian concern? America is so polarised I can only see their news infecting us, not curing us... 'Mr. Castile had been pulled over 49 times...' - Why? African Americans are 12% of the population yet responsible for 40% of violent crimes, that's more related to poverty than race but poverty is related to a broader prejudice. It's a cyclic, it feeds on itself, prejudice to poverty to crime back to prejudice.

'Worst phone call I've ever had to make': Fiance of Australian killed by US cop beaks downJustine Damond Ruszczyk's fiance speaks at the trial of the US police officer accused of her murder, telling the court that calling her family in Australia was painful and traumatic. *breaks down 🙂 Tragic but its hard to believe this court case is just ticking to boxes off and nothing will happen as it would in most countries. Did they drug test the cop? The absence of body-cam video is telling and suggests collusion to conceal evidence.
