Construction has started on just three of 114 federal-government funded road projects promised in the lead-up to the election. 9News

Analysis of the $4 billion Urban Congestion Fund shows construction has only begun on three projects.Many developments for roads, traffic lights and car parks are either in planning or not yet progressed.

"They should be in time for you guys to get in for your next season" he told students during the election campaign. Scott Morrison also promised $20,000 to help fund the construction of new cricket nets for Bellevue Heights Primary School near Adelaide.
