On appeal, the full Family Court of Australia found Dr M's report was"not entirely discredited".

Earlier, Mr Archer had argued in court Dr M had proved himself"beyond any reasonable doubt, not to be a single expert witness".Both AHPRA and the WA State Administrative Tribunal now agrees with Mr Archer that Dr M's misconduct was serious enough that he should be banned from the court subject to a review next year.

In March 2015, three of the psychologists on the panel signed a joint"Statement for [a European] Court" in which they strongly criticise Dr M's report."We now have substantial evidence about the father and all of this suggests that he is an intelligent and caring person with no history at all of violence ... it is essential for [Sammy] to maintain a relationship with his father.

The Press (aka the 4th Estate) is supposed detect and fix errant government situations. The 5th Estate (the web's twitter community etc) it appears is now here to ensure government and the press are working effectively and make repairs when something is worn or broken.

Australia's common-law legal system is flimsy, warmongering dumb and clueless, and should be abolished asap. Sophisticated countries use Civil Code Law which describes nearly every situation in detail and prescribes a just ruling, all without human intervention.

Family Court & Child Support Agency let my daughter down 25 yrs ago resulting in creation of a net consumer of taxpayer funds. I & male family members were vilified (subsequently vindicated), all to protect mothers revenue stream. So disappointing to see that nothing’s changed.

Is this really the ABC coming to the defence of a white male? I'm stunned, nay catatonic. Every case Dr M Asturbator reported on should be reopened.

Never talk to anyone without a suit by your side, it will cost you less in the end. The fact that this victim of court corruption cannot seek full and fair redress is the foulest aspect of the case.

Why are not two reports conducted? The moment you have these experts working for they system they report to, can have some devastating consequences, some one must have made a submission to the Family Court to have it done, and why?

This is far more representative of issues in the mental health profession. It could be avoided through a simple psychiatric assessment as part of a pre admission test to uni.

Like the the rest of the judicial system, the family court is broken and divorced from justice.
