Daylight savings begins in Australia’s southern statesMillions of Australians have woken up with an hour less sleep as daylight saving begins in the southern states. Clocks were wound forward an hour at 2am this morning in the ACT, New South Wales, Tasmania, South Australia and Victoria. Digital devices changed automatically but analogue clocks will need to be manually set. Daylight savings will end on April 2. Yep, losing one hour of blissful sleep. That's not how sleep works.
