Former Labor MP Shaoquett Moselmane said he has never been questioned four months after federal police raided his family homes as part of an ASIO investigation into possible Chinese Communist Party influence

Credit:"It's almost four months now since the raid and I have never been asked a question," he said in a personal explanation to the house.

Mr Moselmane on Thursday said, despite the "traumatic" 19-hour raid in June, authorities had not accused him of having any knowledge of attempts to infiltrate his office. During the debate on Tuesday Leader of the House Damien Tudehope called on members to prevent Mr Moselmane's return until they received a formal statement from the AFP.

'I'm glad I didn't come home': Not all Aussies overseas are desperate to returnThere are four types of Australians who choose to live overseas. And despite a global pandemic, the data suggests most aren't rushing back. They have a fucking house in Hawaii. If they aren’t part of the group trying to return home, then why are they being interviewed on this issue? They even said it never crossed their mind. This is hurtful to those who are stuck with no means of income and trying to pay for accomodation and food. Most misleading click bait of the week lol... TLDR; people who moved overseas 5 years ago don’t want to come back
