Explosions could be heard by residents living kilometres away, likely sparked by the oxygen tanks the teenage boy relied on.However all their possessions, as well as their beloved pet cat, perished in the fire. Although the cause of the fire is still under investigation, neighbours speculated the oxygen tanks played a part.The family luckily managed to escape with the help of neighbours.
