Green light for 6 million people to book a COVID jab but GP clinics caught unprepared

I hope this doesn’t make it harder to get a GP appointment for other things. We already have to wait a month for an appointment and GP clinics in other towns are no longer taking new patients due to covid clinics. Sick of other health issues taking a back seat to covid! 😤

I doubt the medical centres where overwhelmed, l don’t know anyone who wants the vaccine. The reason they say is they don’t want to be part of a vaccine trial, which doesn’t end until Feb 2023 for AstraZenca & its banned in 20 countries in Europe, something doesnt sound right

More frustration ! Whilst available to 1b over 70’s from March 22; good luck if your local GP’s practice isn’t on the list, other practices will not take your booking, unless you are an existing client. This ain’t right - GregHuntMP !

It's not that GP clinics are unprepared, instead the issue is that the Federal Dept of Health failed to insert a note for each eligible clinic that stated the following: -Bookings commence Monday 22 March 2021. Do not call before then

My father was telling me I could get vaccinated because I work in food delivery service but I can’t find a clinic nearby that has the vaccine
