Radio shock jock Alan Jones has lashed out at principals of Sydney schools including Newington College, SCEGGS Darlinghurst, Knox Grammar School and Pymble Ladies College, for permitting students to attend the "stupid student strike on climate change".Newington headmaster Michael Parker this week wrote an email to the school community outlining how a group of Year 11 students convinced him to support the strike.

The Minister said "we need more young people getting involved in political debate and having their voices heard on issues that affect them. are closing their doors, taking long lunches or giving employees the day off today to attend the climate strike along with the school students, under a campaign led by Future Super.Future Super founder Simon Sheikh said the campaign, branded "This is not business as usual", was launched after a group of employees requested time off to attend the strike, and the company realised more businesses might want to grant permission to staff to attend.

A Catholic Schools NSW spokesman also backed that stance: "While we are pleased to see our students passionate about the environment, the best way for young people to really make a difference is to receive a quality education," he said.

Why did these people not protest in front of the 🇺🇸 🇨🇳 and 🇮🇳 embassies?

Well done comrades!!

Do it on a Saturday and see how many students turn up.

All for action but don’t be hypocrites

NVDA civil disobedience is what democracy looks like...!!! Champions!!! ClimateJusticeNow Power to the people...!!!

WB: When the classroom is used for indoctrination rather than education, the results will always show a massive decline, Australia 2019, Literacy and numeracy skills of students are languishing

I hope the kids enjoy their day off from school. Climate change is a hoax and the media like smh are not telling facts that they have been debunk over the years in the US by experts that have challenged in universities studies.

Can someone please post a photo of all the plastic rubbish they leave on the ground following the protest

👏👏👏

While all these brainwashed kids are playing the Climate Change Hoax Game, the fit and intelligent School kids in my area are all attending a School Sports Carnival.

The brainwashed children led by braindead Adults.

Take all their tech off every one of them for a month citing 'carbon footprint (etc)' and manufacture reliance on FF. Then hand them an abacus. See how many go on the next 'strike'. lemmings

Fervent zealots of the new religion climatology

tell off LNP coal cabals that we r not going to tolerate new coal mines

I think it’s time adults stopped imposing the weight of the world on the young. The fear and anxiety is actually damaging them mentally. They’re too young to fathom such an issue rationally. Yes there are serious issues at hand but we do need to protect children from fear.
