Poor bugga. A true Australian character. 😢
Max Gillies did a great impersonation
NCA wouldn't shed a year over it.
I just lost a mate. One of the kindest men I have ever known. I most admired his fierce curiosity. He always wanted to know exactly how a business worked at it's core & what it meant to it's people. He could surprise with his intense, focussed listening. Vale JDE.
LesStonehouse Such is life. We are born. We did. We do in between
Will always be remembered for his appearance in rubbery figures 🔽
One of those polarising individuals…he inspired either great admiration or heated dislike ( being polite) no ifs ands or buts better to be remembered for your passion whether you agree or disagree than to simply fade into the background because you didn’t stand your ground ✨
The bloke that sold out IXL and prevented Australian ownership of BHP, now controlled by offshore interests, b essentially a multinational, despite the ads what is it.
Very sad. He was certainly one colourful character. Respected & disrespected by many. Often controversial. I certainly giggled with some of his statements. Condolences to his loving family and friends
Crack a tinny of Foster's.
He must really hate Michael Voss
