Former Supreme Court chief justice Marilyn Warren takes aim at 'absolutely ruthless and lethal' women

“It was rare, but when it occurred it was absolutely ruthless and lethal and an extraordinary determination to eliminate the opposition, the competition, to achieve your goal," she said. "When I observed it, it was very subtle, skilful and strategic. I would say it was also very effective."Josh Robenstone

Ms Warren was responding to an audience question to Reserve Bank board member Carol Schwartz as to whether sometimes the worst discrimination comes from other women. Ms Schwartz said the women that she has been on boards with over the years have been "absolutely fabulous"."They are always the ones who ask the questions about where are the women and are they being given the same opportunities as the men, and let’s address the gender pay gap, it is always the women who bring those things up," she said.

Get a grip judge. It sounds like absolute garbage to me. I think you'll find men are bullying females at work 10 - 1.

Otherwise known as relational aggression and is prolific amongst Australian women.

What Marilyn Warren says about women is so true and exists at the level of something so insignificant as school committees (even tuckshops) to management in business and universities. The first thing most women do when they get a bit of power is to keep other women down.

Why does this article exist? The reported discussion does not match the headline. How does raising this help? Or is it supposed to be ‘balance’? Stinks to high heaven
