Yesterday Gene Bristow was found guilty of six charges: one count of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of rape, two counts of indecent assault, and one count of attempted rape.

Bristow responded to her advert posted in February 2017 and offered her a job, later picking her up from a bus stop at Murray Bridge and driving her to his property. The 54-year-old bound his victim's hands and feet, and chained her to the ground before leaving her alone in the shed.
