Premier Daniel Andrews has confirmed he will not return to work until at least June to fully recover from a spinal injury last month.

On Sunday, Mr Andrews said that although his physiotherapy was progressing well, it was clear he would not be able to return to work before the May state budget. “A couple of weeks ago when I started daily walks, I could only manage about 15 minutes – now I’m out for almost an hour.
