Sky News host Peta Credlin says the “dam-phobic” Palaszczuk Labor government is planning on doing “the last thing” that should be done in the middle of one of the worst droughts the nation has experienced in “generations”. Credlin

Sky News host Peta Credlin says the “dam-phobic” Palaszczuk Labor government is planning on doing “the last thing” that should be done in the middle of one of the worst droughts the nation has experienced in “generations”. Ms Credlin said the Palaszczuk government is planning to spend taxpayers’ money to “turn a big dam into a small one” in a bid to appease her left-wing deputy Jackie Trad.

Queensland’s Paradise Dam needs significant repairs due to damage sustained in devastating 2013 flooding, however the premier is considering alternate options to rush plans to address the issue. “Right now, there's a Commission of Inquiry into the dam … looking at what repairs need to be done, how much they'll cost and how long they'll take,” Ms Credlin said. “But rather than wait for these experts to report, the Palasczuk government is fast-tracking plans to adjust the spillway”.

Credlin should consider damming her giant head. Could power a small city.

And she’ll still increase QLD rates to ensure she can pay herself an additional significant yearly pay rise as always.

Those who fail to plan, plan to fail! AKA Qld Labor.

Not to mention selling water rights to foreign countries. What an awesome idea.......

Yay lets dig holes and cross our fingers that it rains. 🤦

More dams are the simplistic 'solution' for the imbeciles who vote for the COALition Maybe stop growing rice and cotton and stealing water Maybe put a meter on every pump Maybe use pipes instead of open drains watergate

im sorry the what?
