BREAKING - It's bobbing off the coast of Perth with seven confirmed cases of COVID-19.

The ship, with about 1200 on board, set sail on December 21 for a 140 day global voyage. It is understood the ship left Hamburg first, and is carrying mostly German passengers. Why Ruby Princess passengers were allowed off infected ship

The news comes as NSW Premier Gladys announced on Thursday that cruise ship passengers will not be able to disembark any ship in to NSW in a bid to stop the spread of coronavirus. While the ship claims to have no recorded health concerns, Mr McGowan said his state would not be taking any chances of an outbreak.

“We have seen what has happened in Sydney Harbour. It was a complete and utter disaster. I will not allow that to happen in WA.

While I can’t help but feel sorry for crew and passengers, who really should be taking responsibility for these cruises going out during a pandemic right now? Is it Royal Caribbean Cruise liners perhaps who did not take the necessary actions to refund all of these voyages. 😏

Stupid thing to go on a cruise in the first place.

Nullarbor traffic jam as motorists race for WA borderA bid by hundreds of motorists to get across the West Australian border before new restrictions come into force creates a one-kilometre-long traffic jam on the Nullarbor. Australia's states are closing borders, so of course many people want to get home while they can. Where is the 'science' to support that arbitrary deadline? So the people got in just before the deadline are deemed not to have the coronavirus, but those who crossed a minute later must self-isolate for 14 days! Bullshit science! Make the idiots self isolate anyway! This is the start of every zombie movie. Gross 🤮
