Gosh. Who knew this would happen?

Can someone pls explain to me how the national & state leaders are still HQ in high density cities & how this hasn’t been at to forefront of national debate in past 6 months and still not ? The biggest issue and not being dealt with - reduce risk by Quarantine in regional areas

The whole tournament should be cancelled, We must stay safe

Time to cancel the audience ticket sales and ban audience attendence if The Open 'must' still go ahead. Not worth the risk. And this was entirely predictable .

Australian 'DIY' COVID test 'key piece' in US recovery | Sky News AustraliaCEO and Founder of Ellume Dr Sean Parsons has discussed with Sky News the difference between the traditional PCR tests used currently by the Australian government to test for COVID-19 and his company's DIY test which is popular in the US.\n\nAustralian Biotech company Ellume has recently signed a deal with the United States for it's antigen test which has proven to be 96 per cent accurate. \n\nBefore the pandemic Mr Parsons said his company was working on a home flu test but in the last year had turned its attention to making world leading diagnostics for the coronavirus.\n\nHe said the demand for home-based tests was much greater in the United States because laboratory infrastructure wasn’t designed to cope with the sheer number of tests coming in.\n\n“That rapid, at home, simple to use diagnostics is a key piece of recovering from the pandemic in America,' he said. \n\n“The PCR tests are very accurate, relatively slow and quite expensive.\n\n“Our antigen tests are still pretty accurate but they're a good deal quicker and they are simple to perform.” \n I like the idea of home test kits, it will send MSM nuts. They won't have the numbers for positive cases to publish every day. 🤪

KnottMatthew IMHO this should apply everywhere as some may not be able to have the vaccine. KnottMatthew Congratulations KnottMatthew Has the Australian Government showed any interest in supporting this company? It was the US that gave them the funds to fast track their technology. This is the type of industry that we should be looking to for economic growth.
