Prime Minister Scott Morrison says the unexpected fall in the jobless rate was this week a "pleasant encouragement".
He was particularly encouraged by the effective unemployment rate dropping to 9.3 per cent, down from about 14 per cent at the peak of the pandemic crisis. Mr Morrison said the October 6 budget would extended existing programs and add new measures to set the economy up for "a decade of prosperity".

But you need to investigate what DanielAndrewsMP has done with the supposed new contact tracing procedures his health teams had learnt after visiting NSW earlier this month. We’ve heard nothing of what he’s going to do by implementing new changes to protect from a 3rd outbreak.

It’s obvious that less people are getting tested hence the low numbers. Even though there is a ‘government initiative’ people have worked out if we don’t get tested we end the lockdown quicker
