Several strollers are parked at the rear of the Bundaberg hall and young children sit watching their mums strut their stuff. The young mums are concentrating on the steps and cracking quite a sweat.

Rebecca Hill, Nicole Spencer and Elke McCrystal, all in their early 30s, have suddenly found themselves crazy about clogging. "I'd never even heard of clogging, so I never imagined I would be a clogger," Ms Spencer said,"but it's one of the best things I have done". As they swap their clogs for thongs and begin herding their kids, the three women explain how hard it is to find a place where they can get together, listen to music, exercise and also take their children."But it's a huge mental workout as well, you have to focus on the steps and we have fun together.

"The best bit is we can bring our kids along and that is totally fine because it can be really hard to exercise when you have kids.
