Climate advocate Flannery a ‘symbol of the professional fear-monger’ | Sky News Australia

Sky News host Andrew Bolt says outspoken climate change activist Tim Flannery is “the perfect symbol of the death of reason” and “the rise of the professional fear-monger”. Mr Bolt noted that Mr Flannery is a mammal expert, not a climate scientist, that is “preaching” on global warming.

The broadcaster criticised Mr Flannery’s article for The Conversation in which he wrote, "my children, and those of many prominent polluters and climate denialists, will probably live to be part of that grim winnowing – a world that the Alan Joneses and Andrew Bolts of the world have laboured so hard to create”.

As opposed to noted climate scientist Andrew Bolt.
