Beijing has imposed sanctions on several Taiwanese political figures it claims are 'independence diehards' after US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's historic visit which sparked several days of large-scale military exercises.

China has imposed sanctions on several Taiwanese officials and lawmakers on Tuesday it claims are "independence diehards."

Tensions rose between the two nations again on Monday however, when China conducted fresh military drills in the Taiwan Strait in response to a group of US lawmakers visiting the self-governing island. China has never ruled Taiwan but considers the island its territory, objecting to it having any official contact with foreign governments.

Western empire needs to be stopped. The monopoly hold on power can no longer go on. Imagine if China was a superpower when the world was lied to bout WMD'S in Iraq. Doubt it would have happened as been the only Empire the US did what they wanted to do. Millions killed and nada.

Well done US interference must be stamped out!!!

These separatists should be eliminated now. China should learn elimination skills from Israel.

As they should!

‘Nothing is going to stop’ China taking over TaiwanFormer ASPI Executive Director Peter Jennings says Beijing wants to push the key message “nothing is going to stop” China from taking Taiwan. Mr Jennings said Beijing is hoping Taiwan will be coerced into accepting an offer of unification. “The risk of an aggressive action on the part of China to take over Taiwan, I think, is probably greatest in a window of opportunity that runs from 2023 through to 2027,” he told Sky News host Chris Smith. “Taiwan is only going to get stronger from here on.” Worth killing thousands of young lives over, considering Taiwan was stolen off China in the first place.Sad !👎 Theoretically speaking who would attempt to stop them? Taking? No. Reunification of the province Taiwan. Stupid sky lying 🤥 fake bogan news.
