An “anti-vaxxer” Perth nurse accused of pretending to administer a COVID-19 jab to a teenage patient has had the charge against her dropped.
Soon after, Ms Hartmann Benz walked out of court with her husband, refusing to comment on what had happened or how she felt about the charge being dropped. During her first court appearance, a police prosecutor claimed Ms Hartmann Benz had sought approval on November 2 to vaccinate her family and friends at the centre.But suspicions were raised when people kept attending the centre, asking for her by name, and her closing the door to the room, citing privacy reasons, in what was “clearly an anti-vaccination stance”, he said.
