CFMEU Queensland head Michael Ravbar, who is also an industry fund director, is facing court for allegedly entering sites unlawfully to meet workers with superannuation fund staff.

The head of the CFMEU in Queensland is facing court action over claims he unlawfully entered building sites and stopped work to host meetings with the industry superannuation fund.

However, CFMEU official Andrew Blakely allegedly pushed the supervisor out of the way with his hip and shoulder and directed the vehicle into the site through a gap in the boom gates. A few days later Mr Ravbar and Mr Blakely allegedly entered another part of the project without authorisation and again set up a barbecue, interrupting work on site.
