Two people have died and nine are missing after a cargo ship capsized off the coast of southwest Japan on Tuesday night. The Japanese Coast Guard received a distress call from the Hong Kong registered vessel, Jintan, before it sank 110 kilometres off the coast of Nagasaki Prefecture.
