This company can no longer perform the task they were contracted to do. Morally bereft to make it difficult. Virus or illness is one thing however death would normally entitle you to a refund without a battle.

I could NEVER keep a deposit in a situation like this, truly heartless 😢

Yes that is the way it is

Heartless

EVERY CANCELLATION HAS A STORY BUT The death of his fiancé is heartbreaking - who ever looks after the marketing for the videographer hasn’t played this very well at all. NEGATIVE PRESS is going to cost you so much more in the long run!

Same people bashing Celest Barber for not reading the ‘small print’ are jumping to this guys aid even though the small print says non refundable.

Has every up coming bride and groom caught that business name? Make a note.

I notice you ignored the claim the video company made that their videographer then committed suicide due to online bullying, not admitting that she committed suicide 2 years before the contract!

Mate, I'm in the travel game... We paid back fares to clients out of our own pockets for nonrefundables... This company has just sealed thier own fate in wet cement...

Totally understand that there is a contract but considering the very sad circumstances surely there would be some understanding & sympathy towards this poor young man. Shame on you & your business

husband askr for refund? haha. him clown.

That is disgusting, have a heart, hope no one else uses that company. 😡

Free publicity

If he was human he would refund !

This bad publicity will probably cost him a whole lot more money than simply returning the customer's deposit.

Appreciate their is a contract but how about showing some decency for a grieving fellow & give back the deposit. Their website says they r fully booked till Jan 2022 so 2,700 wld not break them. Seems cold & heartless well deserving of a bad review

Great career move in a receding economy 👍👍👍

Outrage porn.

As sad as it is they are binding contracts. There would be all manner of reasons why people cancel.

Can you trust this man with your welfare? Whatever ‘emergency’ measures he put in place either never worked, were received ad hoc or were just not done at all. His self-proclaimed “good job” is 30%. He only delivers at a 30% level after a 130% level announcement about it. Scummo and his team will strip Australians bare🙄💩 With Globalisation its more about taking and not giving.....impossible to find middle ground. Would not trust Unions or Government considering their personal wealth nowdays.

Scott Morrison says state borders should have never been closedAustralian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has hit out at state leaders who refuse to reopen borders to allow for domestic travel within Australia. Funny. You never objected to the measures being put in place at the time. In fact, you praised the SA govt for its quick decisive action and the significant decrease of infection once the borders were closed. err no. Scovid here should have closed the international borders earlier and Le Based Peter Dutton should have enforced the border in Sydney. If they are going to be incompetent then states shouldn't have to suffer for that. It's doing more than that its causing more anxiety and depression for those who cant see their friends and family in those States. The Premiers in question cant hide under their doona forever. Get those borders open now
