President Joe Biden is expected to press the king of Saudi Arabia over the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in 2018.

The White House says Mr Biden will raise the murder and the finding of a soon to be released CIA report into Saudi involvement in the incident. The report is likely to implicate the king’s son Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Mr Khashoggi was a Washington Post columnist and human rights campaigner before he was killed and dismembered by agents in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul.
