IPA Director of Policy GideonCRozner says recent figures show Australia's education system is “going backwards”.

IPA Director of Policy Gideon Rozner says it's clear the Australian education system is “going backwards”. Over the past 10 years five times the amount of students have been accepted into educationa courses despite having an ATAR below 50. “We have to allow for performance pay for teachers”.

“We have to allow for genuine career progression not career progression based on how long you’ve been serving”. “We have to allow principles to hire and fire the best and brightest teachers for schools but all of that is opposed by the teachers union,” Mr Rozner told Sky News Host Peta Credlin We have to make teaching a profession people want to get into,” he said.

GideonCRozner Who decided that the IPA is worth listening to ?

GideonCRozner It will continue to spiral down while we have leftist bureaucrats in charge of it.

GideonCRozner Pretty much following the trend of every key indicator under this government.

GideonCRozner seems all left leaning system are teaching what parents should be doing and not the basic reading writing and math. how hard is it to teach these things. school get out of the politic systems

GideonCRozner And the IPA just cannot figure out that it is their own policy recommendations to their captive LNP that is to blame here. Fuckwits!

GideonCRozner Show us the money!! ‘Educational inequality in Australia is extensive and manifests in a variety of ways..’ CEDA report ‘18

GideonCRozner This is problematic as we know that most teachers and educators, at all levels, lean left on the political spectrum, and if they are the ones making and teaching the curriculum we can rest assure that there will be some level of indoctrination and a lack of creative thinking

GideonCRozner Going backwards because schools are no longer educating students, they are indoctrinating them.

GideonCRozner Too much money gifted to private schools while the public system is starved of funds!

GideonCRozner Who give a fat rat’s what the IPA think?

GideonCRozner Especially at stkevinscollege 😂

GideonCRozner everything in our country has gone backwards over the past 7 years.. I know why.. do you?

GideonCRozner Yet it doesn’t advocate withdrawing generous taxpayer-funded top ups to private schools. Our education system should be like that of Scandinavian countries - where education is secular and public for all

GideonCRozner has for years since they gave up teacher directed instruction for students' learning programs

GideonCRozner Well, if the noise from the Institute of Professional Arseholes is any indication.......... 🙄 auspol

GideonCRozner 🤣🤣🤣The IPA🤣🤣🤣

GideonCRozner Hey, maybe the government could fund public school education every once in a while, instead of pork barrelling private school boat sheds. Let the private schools get by on their exorbitant fees ... auspol

GideonCRozner 7 YEARS OF LNP GOV! Everything is going backwards....

GideonCRozner Ya think?

GideonCRozner Isn't it like everything with this government. first we were stagnant, now we are going backward.

Where's the AusFedPolice ? I think they are hiding behind a big rock, away from any responsibility. Has anyone ever had a brain at the Federal police? Has any Fed police ever suggested less gov persecution? Less gov disdain? Or do they only think they understand towel heads? What a crock of an article and pov... Ridiculous article. Claims of increasing the age of criminal responsibility (i.e. let our darlings be less accountable for crimes), magical healing powers, blaming the white man for any indiscretions committed by Aboriginal people. This is trash, do better with my tax money ABC!
