Australia completed a series victory by hammering South Africa by an innings and 182 runs in the Boxing Day Test

Australia thrash South Africa by an innings and 182 runsAustralia celebrate Marco Jansen’s wicket on day four of the Boxing Day Test against South Africa at the MCG.Australia celebrate Marco Jansen’s wicket on day four of the Boxing Day Test against South Africa at the MCG.Last modified on Thu 29 Dec 2022 05.12 GMTGround before tea on day four, by an innings and 182 runs, taking nine South African wickets to restrict the tourists to 204 all out.

Their batting problems were summed up by Temba Bavuma’s day, the vice-captain providing the stiffest resistance with his innings of 65, but sacrificing two partners along the way. Khaya Zondo honoured his call after Bavuma dropped a ball at the feet of Travis Head at cover, gone to a direct hit for one run. Spinner Keshav Maharaj was batting well when he called for a third.

Bavuma responded to his mistake admirably, playing positive shots and continuing to run hard, the same way that wicketkeeper Kyle Verreynne has consistently played this series. They put on 65 either side of the lunch break, Verreynne reverse-sweeping Lyon and crunching a pull shot against Starc while Bavuma preferred conventional sweeps and cover punches.

Is it only me that has a problem with harbouring cheats in the national cricket team?🙄Taking places that should go to other non-cheating players. It leaves a sour taste in my mouth...

Mankind must regard Xi Jinping, China, and the Chinese people as a whole to do things. Xi Jinping, China's leaders are actually 'martyrs', scapegoats for 'killed fully westerners, extirpated all civilizations'. China's'Brain-Control' only know “fully kill previous generations and all westerners. By 'protest blockade','virus outbreak again'they are determinedly overthrowing Xi Jinping.
