Get a trade gang, social science and arts degrees are a dime a dozen. And you end up indebted before you get a start.

Only 1 on 10... Damn.

Thanks LNP

What a load of crap! Australia is about to lose one in 10 university jobs because of Federal Liberal Government policies to cut funding. ThisIsNotJournalism TellItlikeitreallyis

Good, they’re mainly leftard commo anarchists !

Good! Maybe now the standards will be lifted.

Self inflicted, stop extreme left activism & education in University's and get back to higher education on all sides of politics and history. The tax payer would then be more open to free higher education. 👍👍

oh well the Unis have to many people working in them anyway

Great news for the much-needed return-to-reality needs of society. There's been far too much post-modernism nonsense being inculcated into our young.

You could lose half the humanities department and no one would care

Wow that’s significant. Not good news for our unis and up and coming students

🤔. Funding. Cuts. 🤔 let’s call it “fallout of the coronavirus pandemic” that’ll fool ‘em 🤦🏻‍♂️

Well get Scumo to make an announcement 💩💩💩

Well look at the cost of study-ridiculous

Get rid of gender studies

Defund the Unis till they allow Freedom of Speech and ditch the Marxist Indoctrination Programmes.! We don't pay taxes for treachery and violations of human rights!.

Australia needs a ‘culture shift’ to take on regional jobs | Sky News AustraliaLiberal Senator Amanda Stoker says Australians need to have a “culture shift” in order to meet the increasing number of jobs available in regional Australia with the people who are struggling to find work.\n\nIt comes as the agriculture sector struggles through a major labour shortage, meaning there are a vast number of jobs available in regional Australia; yet the nation’s unemployment rate continues to dip as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.\n\nDiscussing the issue, Sky News host Alan Jones posed the question as, “how do we match this army of unemployed people with the army of jobs that are available”.\n\n“We need to open our minds to the adventure that this can be, there is an awful lot of incentive,” Ms Stoker told Mr Jones.\n\n“This can be the new gap year in circumstances where people won’t go overseas for a while.\n\n“Part of it requires a culture shift, we need to be willing to go where the work is.”\n stoker_aj Sure. Fund regions then. Increase access to mental health services. Increase visits of medical specialists. Increase subsidies for region allowances auspol stoker_aj Liberal Senator stoker_aj need to have a “culture shift” in order to meet with the people who are struggling to find work. stoker_aj Bullshit...pay decent wages and there won't be any problems. Australia's sporting codes commit to inclusion of trans and gender diverse athletesThe coalition includes the AFL, Netball Australia, Hockey Australia, Rugby Australia, Tennis Australia, Touch Football Australia, UniSport Australia and Water... Australian women and girls have just lost the right to choose to compete in female only sports. Men can now choose to play in either men’s competition or women’s. This is grossly unfair, unsafe and against women’s rights. Shameful decision. Well isn't that just fantastic. I for one will sleep better tonight in the knowledge that women's sports will forever be dominated by men from now on. Why can’t the sporting bodies advocate for trans sports? Pretty sure we’d all support that, now we just see ppl don’t care about women’s sports so who cares if it’s fair or not? Great msg for women and young girls.

Industrial relation roadblocks ‘keep people out of jobs’: PM | Sky News AustraliaAustralia’s economic recovery will “not be driven by taxes but by technology” and fixing the industrial relations system, Prime Minister Scott Morrison said in a pre-budget address to the National Press Club.\n\n“We are rebuilding our economy for the future,” he said.\n\nMr Morrison outlined his strategy for economy recovery listing the Jobmaker program, reliable energy, technology investment, infrastructure development and lower taxes as key priorities for his government over the coming months and years.\n\nHe also highlighted the importance of improving industrial relations in order to support jobs throughout the pandemic.\n\n“The Attorney-General Christian Porter has brought unions and employer groups together, in search of common ground to boost employment, to grow our economy,” he said.\n\n“One thing is very clear from this process and particularly recent events out at Port Botany - that we cannot afford business as usual in industrial relations. \n\n“It keeps people out of jobs.” \n Well role out the plan.. set targets on when they will be done ... what the PM has to start to do is deliver on on his words as at this stage all his Announcements are just words and commitments to money but no action plan .. that’s why his plans don’t produce results The first step to save Australia: Decoupling with the CCP! It will be driven by coal and iron ore. It would also help if politicians stopped pocketing millions from overseas aid payments and other money laundering activities

Biden gets 'mentally lost’ when affected by Trump: body language expert | Sky News AustraliaDuring the first US presidential debate, Joe Biden got mentally lost after being affected by Donald Trump’s interjections, according to body language expert Dr Louise Mahler.\n\nIt comes after following the first US presidential debate, a heated exchange between Donald Trump and Joe Biden about coronavirus, race relations and election integrity.\n\n“There are two techniques that he (Joe Biden) uses as memory techniques,” Dr Mahler told Sky News host Chris Kenny.\n\nDr Mahler said the first of Biden’s memory techniques is to “constantly make lists”, while the other is to have “rehearsed answers”.\n\n“When he (Biden) was asked why he should be chosen as the president, he goes through a list … he never got through that list before Trump interrupted him and he then was lost in his train of thought.\n\n“Mentally he gets lost by closing his eyes and he’s affected by Trump, and then he goes onto Trump’s train of thought.”\n JoeBiden realDonaldTrump That's Trumps tactic which he has probably used since way back. But it would be better if Trump's opponent could handle him. A special ed teacher might do it! Or his father or his drug dealer. JoeBiden realDonaldTrump That's ridiculous. All Trump did was talk over the top of Biden when he didn't like what Biden was about to say. Chris Wallace didn't even get a damn word in JoeBiden realDonaldTrump Biden cannot mentally handle life...
