Aussie star ‘pulled off surprise of the century’

A former MAFS star has left friends, family and fans in shock after dropping a huge “surprise” at her 30th birthday party.But it seems the loved-up pair couldn’t wait to walk down the aisle, and have already become “Mr and Mrs” at an intimate ceremony in Ding’s homecity of Melbourne on Friday.
