he Liberal staffer that Brittany Higgins accused of sexually assaulting her
“She sat me down. She said, ‘I know there was an incident that occurred on the weekend’. She said she knew it occurred after hours. The tone of it was like a disciplinary meeting. I knew I was about to be in trouble,’’ Ms Higgins said. The chief of staff has previously stated she did not understand there was an allegation of rape prior to discussing the matter with the Liberal staffer or during her first meeting with Ms Higgins.
“I can confirm the employment of the individual was terminated on 5 April 2019 on the grounds of serious misconduct,’’ the Department of Finance response states. • The termination was also after Senator Reynolds and Fiona Brown met with Ms Higgins on April 1 and encouraged her to contact police. “So there was an issue of a security breach which was dealt with at the time. And the alleged perpetrator was sacked, removed, quite swiftly over the security breach, in terms of the allegation of a sexual assault that was not in front, I’m advised, of my office at that time,’’“And so that matter came later and was being dealt with within the Minister’s office and on an anonymous basis ultimately.
Surely this guy has been arrested and gone to jail by now ? Oh the real issue here is media expose and defaming the government!
Can this slapper just go away. There’s no case.
I’m so over this now it’s falling on deaf ears
What kind of federal parliament we have? Where employees can enter very late at night, fully intoxicated and sleep fully naked on the couch. Do we have any rules regarding entry at 2 am in the morning
more lies
Naked on the Couch by Caillebotte.
The trial date is.....oh..wait
Who's ever believed what Scottie claims or taken what he says seriously?
This Woman seems to be making a career over this rape case or allegations .
Ffs can we have some new news, I for one am totally sick of hearing about Higgins saga, whether he was sacked immediately or 10 Freaking days he got fired okay so Ffs drop this shit it’s boring
Why hasn't he been charged?
Over it, just over it!!!!
So where is Bruce L exactly. Are the rumours he has skipped the country true?
We'd need to see his contract to know whether he could have been sacked any faster. What with necessary warnings, & the fact his dismissal was based on unsubstantiated allegations, 10 days probably was 'swiftly'. Try running the case past an Employment lawyer & get their opinion.
please name and shame the offender we all know who was raped publicly but who dunnit?
She would have been safe if the rapist was sober !!
Not PM's job to look after drunk'n staff after work hours !!
You don't get drunk and walk in front of a bus because someone said trust and follow me !!
Gather round everyone little miss requires another 15 minutes still waiting to be anointed The Project political correspondent
Of course Morrison lied. That's all he does.
Scomo also said he was sacked for a security breach. Security confirmed on camera no security breach happened
Yet another lie
Such a habit of lying. And where is the man? Deep in the bosom of Hillsong?
But he WAS sacked within 10 days
What Scuntmo lying again? Who'd of thunk it
“Alleged”. Has he been charged with a crime? Let’s let the police and the courts do their job. He probably lost the job for the security breach, not the rape, and given how hard it is to sack a public servant was given 2 week notice period.
And only after too many females complained. Makes in parliament like men like that in it's ranks.
Getting a little tired of this Brittany.........
Not charged...
Now the left is upset the guy didn't lose his job solely based on what a woman said. This is how justice works in their head.
Morrison NEVER knows what’s going on.
Are you saying he lied? Shock. Horror!!!
So he lied again? What a surprise! 🙄
So, ScottMorrisonMP again deviating from the truth! Is that what Hillcult teaches people?
