Albanese: 'I won't go missing when the going gets tough'

Opposition leader Anthony Albanese has declared he"won't go missing when the going gets tough" as he accused Prime Minister Scott Morrison of"hiding" from his problems.

"To serve as Prime Minister of Australia is a rare privilege, but it is also a great responsibility, and that is what I am determined to restore to our politics - a sense of responsibility, decency and integrity," he said. "For Scott Morrison, leadership is about hiding from accountability and pinning the blame on someone else."
