ACT Commissioner says NSW never asked for help in summer fires, as those over the border say it cost them dearly

I remember RFS head Shane Fitsimmons angry response when he heard that Scomo had offered ADF assistance. Like Covid we now know we are 8 separate countries where the federal government has little control over state responses. It's easier to blame each other that way.
