After a smattering of boos, hisses and snorts at the anti-Goodes comments in the film by media figures Eddie McGuire, Sam Newman, Alan Jones, Andrew Bolt and Miranda Devine among the largely respectful audience, there was a standing ovation for director Ian Darling and his filmmaking team on all three levels of the State Theatre on Friday night.
