Even though I'm 50, I'm still keen for my 2nd dose of the AZ vaccine. Ok, mightn't be the best, but the AZ risks are low enough for me. Covid is a bigger risk & I'm not waiting for this gov to get it's act together. My doc agreed with my opinion it's overreaction, that'll do me.

Too many people are dying from the AZ vaccine. Far too many.

Put a warning label on it and open up AZ to anyone who wants it. At the same time, govt should diversify supply and ensure doses of alternative brands for anyone who wants those instead. If most people read rate of side effects of other prescribed medicines they would be shocked.

Why are there not regular blood tests after an AZ shot to monitor? They do know what they are looking for don’t they? It would make me feel more comfortable if they did and where proactive. But I guess the $ speaks louder than life.

Early data from Europe and subsequent data in Australia had blood clot incidence as 1 in 100,000 now it's 3.1 in 100,000. So it's not rare, it's actually increased as more get AZ vaccinated, and clot, and die. Did you know AZ is also useless against new virulent strains?
