Police are searching for the “cruel” person responsible for tying the kitten up inside a garbage bag and throwing it down an embankment into a vacant lot in Jones Street, Pyrmont.“About 5.30pm that day, a passer-by heard the kitten crying for help and took the animal to a nearby veterinarian for treatment,” NSW Police said in a statement.The kitten has made a full recovery after the horrific incident.
Investigators are appealing for anyone witnesses or anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time to come forward.
