Police uncovered a hydroponic cannabis set-up with 800 plants in the home and two sheds. 9News

Police initially searched a white van that pulled into an RBT station at Lawson in the Blue Mountains at 5pm yesterday after smelling a strong odour.Police seized $1 million worth of cannabis plants from a Blue Mountains home.

A 43-year-old Fairfield West man and a 40-year-old Cabramatta man were arrested and charged with a number of offences. Officers later searched a property in the area where they discovered a hydroponic cannabis set-up with 800 plants in the home and two sheds.Police allege the estimated street value of the plants is $1 million.The three men were refused bail and are expected to appear at Penrith Local Court today.
