It's a good test to our constitution, it was never tested to that level. Zuma makes things happen, there comes new case law for the future.

Why even go there eNCA you are too desperate !! You have failed. Zuma has been fighting white dominance all his life. A fighter till the grave.

All l can say is, this is a very interesting story really with so much to learn from. We can only watch to see how it unfolds

Hae hae I LOVE THIS COUNTRY!!!! .... Forward never.... Backward.... Of course

Sure. But he can get an extra benefit... Free housing in one if our state prisons. Free prison food.

So even if he can commit crimes and be incarcerated, he will still receive those perks while behind bars? pierredevos

he can if SA citizens have a tax revolt!!

It appears the ultimate goal is to render Zuma broke, and too broke. He must loose his presidential benefits and Nkandla residence. It's like an attempt to undo the fact that he was the president, of South Africa, a std 2...

Pathetic.... VoetsekANC thankyouabcfornothing kakestcountry They won't touch him because if he speaks most of the government will be in jail

So his body guards also going to jail

I’m sure if he’s been found to have fraudulently taken billions more than due to him it can be subtracted from what he is die to receive or else he must pay it all back then his revised pension continues!

Follow the USA example. Trump has gone, but impeachment processes carry on.

Is de klerk still getting those presidential benefits?
