File: All classmates at Wits University have been instructed to go immediately into self-quarantine for 14-days and the university has called an emergency crisis meeting.JOHANNESBURG - Wits University says one of its students has tested positive for the coronavirus.The university says that the medical student has been quarantined since last Wednesday.
The cancellation of all contact classes for the Graduate Entry Medical Programme 1 - MBBCh 3 classes. The academic programme will continue online. The Faculty is personally reaching out to each of the 350 students who could be affected. They will receive the full support of the Faculty, including the requisite monitoring and testing.
