CAPE TOWN - A State witness has implicated alleged underworld gang boss, Nafiz Modack, in the attempted murder of attorney, William Booth.
The witness, who is serving a 25-year prison sentence for Heerschap’s murder, told the Western Cape High Court that Modack put a R3 million hit on Booth's life.
