Wife killer Jason Rohde takes bail battle to SCA after high rules he's flight risk.

"In the bail application before the lower court, Mr Rohde declared the value of his estate, which included an active account in Australia with an approximate balance of AU$14,000 [about R145,000] and an investment portfolio purchased on an overseas platform, National Australia Bank.

Rohde’s lawyers told the court on Thursday that they intended to appeal against the bail refusal to the full bench of the high court in Cape Town but on Friday said they intended to appeal to the SCA .
