Orlando Pirates midfielder Thembinkosi Lorch has promised the supporters that his best is yet to come after his return from injury revived the club's fortunes upfront. SLSiya Read more:

Lorch missed the bulk of the season after he got a knee injury early in the campaign in August last year. The hard-running and silky attacker watched Pirates from the sidelines, as his injury required surgery and only returned in February this year, where he marked his comeback with a crucial goal off the bench, in a 2-0 win over Motsepe Foundation Championship side All Stars in the first round of the Nedbank Cup.

Lorch has maintained his form, particularly in the Nedbank Cup as he scored in successive matches against lower league sides Venda Football Academy and Dondol Stars. However, the Buccaneers will switch their focus to the DStv Premiership on Saturday, where they host Cape Town City in their bid to clinch a second-place finish, which guarantees CAF Champions League football for next season.
