Mbele said the rapes were reported to the police and a 32-year-old relative was arrested. He appeared in the Nqutu magistrate's court and was granted bail.

We want to see the face of that bastard. He is going to jail, will get education, eat 3 times per day and maybe released after 10 years on good behaviour...yet victims have eternal scars and won't fully recover after the ordeal.

But why they granted him bail?
