DURBAN - THE Robertson Regional Court has handed down two life sentences to Hennury Cloete who raped two men in 2015, 2016 and 2018.
NPA spokesperson, Eric Ntabazalila, said the disabled man lived on his own and had no electricity at his home. He added that the State also requested the Department of Social Development to ensure care and protection of the victim considering his age and cognitive vulnerabilities."He resisted arrest but police managed to arrest him," he said.
