WOOSTER, Ohio, March 28, 2024 — Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. , , the holding company parent of Wayne Savings Community Bank , has declared a cash dividend of $0.23 per share of the Company’s common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2024. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on May 1, 2024, to stockholders of record as of April 17, 2024.
Established in 1899, Wayne Savings Community Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc., has fourteen full-service banking locations in the communities of Wooster, Ashland, Millersburg, Rittman, Lodi, North Canton, Creston, Fredericksburg, Washingtonville, Dalton, and Carrollton Ohio. At December 31, 2023, Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. reported total assets of $809.9 million, deposits of $693.1 million, and stockholders’ equity of $53.0 million, or 6.5% of total assets.
