Water to be shut off to assist in search for missing Soweto boy

JOHANNESBURG - Some parts of Johannesburg will be without water for the next couple of days.Magadla fell into a manhole over a week ago while playing with his friends in Dlamini, Soweto.

They were at least supposed to have sent water trucks we are struggling and it's cold what do we do?

Why was there no manhole cover to start? It is so senseless. Someone should be held accountable.
