Less than half of clients in Soweto pay for electricityPower utility Eskom says only 40% of customers in Soweto are paying for electricity. Shameless. 😡 Soweto residents are not special, they must pay for electricity like the rest of us. Eskom must not even balk at refusing to reconnect non-paying customers to the grid until they pay the reconnection fee.
