SA's financial watchdog has warned the public against doing business with RNI Aquaculture, a company that promised investors lavish returns by buying a stake in a fish farming business.
In marketing materials, RNI said investors could"rent" or"adopt" perlemoen , fish, and crayfish to raise for export at one of its "aquaculture centres". It even claimed that the construction of"large-scale aquatic breeding centres" would help the state solve SA's crippling unemployment problems.
