Many of the country's youths are grappling with drugs.

As the country commemorates Youth Day eNCA spoke to some users about their expectations and disappointments.

“We need help from the people that need to help us to get a job and help us to quit this thing, we need help very seriously because most of our friends they are losing their lives because of this drug," said one drug user.

Many SA citizens are on drugs but will denie this, including myself. The pain tablets we take daily, the chronic medication prescribed for us. We all drug addicts.

But the government you voted for let Nigerians, Mozambique, Ghana, Zimbabweans in to feed your youth with drugs
